Policy Requirements

A signed agreement to comply with all applicable building codes and condominium bylaws
Building Permits: The unit owner is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits before commencing work. Copies of these permits must be provided to the Condominium Board.
Qualified Professionals: All renovation work must be performed by qualified and licensed professionals. The unit owner is responsible for ensuring that all contractors and tradespeople are properly licensed and insured.
