Authorized Users

The following individuals and entities are authorized to post items on the bulletin boards:

  2. Management: Management may post notices related to building maintenance, upcoming events, emergency procedures, and other relevant information for residents.

  3. Residents: Residents may post personal notices seeking or offering goods or services, promoting local events, or sharing community-related information. However, these notices must comply with the content restrictions outlined below.

Content Restrictions

All postings must adhere to the following content restrictions:

  1. Relevance: Notices must be relevant to the condominium community and its residents.

  2. Accuracy: Information presented in notices must be accurate and up-to-date.

  3. Respectful: Notices must be respectful and considerate of others, avoiding offensive language, personal attacks, or discriminatory content.

  4. Legal: Notices must not violate any laws or regulations.

  5. Commercial: Commercial advertising is generally not permitted, except for notices related to goods or services offered by residents.

  6. Political: Notices promoting political parties, candidates, or causes are not permitted.

Posting Procedures

  1. Approval: All notices, except those posted by council members or management, must be approved by the property manager or a designated representative before being posted.
