Branding and Architectural Consistency

Purpose:

To establish guidelines and procedures for maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal and architectural integrity of the [Condo Complex Name] condominium complex through consistent branding and design choices.

Policy Statement:

Architectural Review Committee (ARC): An Architectural Review Committee (ARC) will be established to review and approve all proposed changes to common areas, exterior building elements, signage, landscaping, and fixtures.
