Unit owners must obtain written approval from the Condominium Corporation before making any alterations to their unit's HVAC system. Any work must be performed by qualified professionals and comply with all applicable codes and regulations.
Procedures
Reporting Issues: Any issues with HVAC systems should be reported promptly to the Condominium Corporation or Property Management.
Maintenance and Repairs: The Condominium Corporation will arrange for the maintenance and repair of common area HVAC systems. Unit owners must arrange for the maintenance and repair of their unit's HVAC systems.
Alterations: Any proposed alterations to HVAC systems must be submitted in writing to the Condominium Corporation for review and approval. The proposal must include detailed plans, specifications, and confirmation that the work will be performed by qualified professionals and comply with all applicable codes and regulations.
