Keys and Fobs

Purpose

This policy aims to ensure the security and proper management of keys and fobs within the [Condominium Corporation Name] (the "Corporation"), safeguarding residents' safety and property while maintaining the integrity of the building's access control systems.

Scope

This policy applies to all unit owners, residents, tenants, staff, contractors, and any other individuals authorized to access the Corporation's premises.

Policy Provisions
