Pet Registration

Definitions:
Pet: Any domesticated animal kept for companionship or pleasure, including but not limited to dogs, cats, birds, fish, and small caged animals.
Owner: The resident who is responsible for the pet.
Registration: The process of providing the condominium management with the required pet information.
License: A valid pet license issued by the relevant local authority.
Policy Provisions:
Pet Registration:
All pets must be registered with the condominium management within 30 days of acquiring the pet or moving into the condominium.
Registration requires the following information:
Pet's name, breed, age, and sex
Owner's name, unit number, and contact information
Copy of current pet license
Copy of current vaccination records
Failure to register a pet may result in fines and/or other penalties as outlined in the condominium bylaws.
Pet Licensing:
All pets must have a valid license issued by the relevant local authority.
Owners must provide proof of current licensing upon registration and renewal.

Pets must not create excessive noise or disturbances.
Owners must promptly clean up after their pets in all areas of the condominium property.
Pets must not be left unattended in common areas.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in fines, restrictions on pet privileges, or other penalties as outlined in the condominium bylaws.
Repeated violations may result in legal action.
