Political Expression
Purpose
This policy aims to balance the rights of residents to express their political views with the need to maintain a respectful and inclusive community within the condominium. It applies to all forms of political expression within the condominium's common areas, including but not limited to:

Leaflets and pamphlets
Clothing and accessories

General Principles
Respectful Expression: All political expression should be respectful and avoid language or imagery that is discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise offensive.
Common Areas: Political expression is generally permitted in common areas, but must not obstruct access or create safety hazards.
Private Property: Political expression on private property, including individual units and balconies, is permitted as long as it complies with the condominium's bylaws and does not create a nuisance.
Election Periods: During election periods, the condominium may designate specific areas for the display of political signs and materials.
Specific Rules
Signs and Posters: Political signs and posters must be of a reasonable size and securely affixed. They must not be placed on windows, doors, or other surfaces that obstruct visibility.

Enforcement
Any resident who violates this policy may be subject to the following actions:

Any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved through the condominium's established dispute resolution process.
Review
