Storage Lockers
Purpose
This policy aims to ensure the safe, secure, and equitable use of storage lockers by all residents of [Condominium Name].

Locker Allocation

Residents must not store any items that could cause damage to the locker or other lockers.
Residents must not block access to other lockers or impede the use of common areas.
Locker Inspections
The Condominium Corporation reserves the right to inspect lockers at any time with reasonable notice to ensure compliance with this policy.
If a locker is found to be in violation of this policy, the resident will be given a reasonable period to rectify the issue. Failure to comply may result in the termination of locker privileges.
Locker Vacancy
Residents who no longer require their locker must inform the Condominium Corporation in writing.
Upon vacating a locker, residents must remove all their belongings and leave the locker in a clean and empty condition.
Policy Enforcement
The Condominium Corporation reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
Residents who violate this policy may face disciplinary action, including but not limited to:
Warning letters
Fines
Temporary or permanent suspension of locker privileges
