Purpose

Applicability

Guidelines

  1. Uniformity: To maintain a cohesive appearance from the exterior, all window coverings visible from the outside must be of a uniform color. The approved colors are white, off-white, beige, or light grey.

  2. Style: Unit owners are free to choose the style of window covering that best suits their needs and preferences (e.g., blinds, shades, curtains, shutters) as long as they adhere to the color guidelines outlined above.

  3. Maintenance: Window coverings must be kept in good repair and clean condition. Damaged or dirty coverings detract from the overall appearance of the building and may require replacement at the unit owner's expense.
